KEDGE INCUBATOR

Help a start-up social enterprise

Join 30 like-minded people from diverse backgrounds for a day of discussion and planning around changing energy consumption behaviors in France. The “excuse” for us to come together is a class project in which we are developing a start-up social enterprise that will address energy consumption in France. This company is the result of the theses of two students from the past generation of the Executive MBA and is now the major project of the current generation of EMBA students to help with it.  While the goal of the day is help with the start-up, in reality the discussions will be around the core issue of what is really needed to change consumer behaviors in France.

On saturday April 29, 2017

from 9:00 – 16:00 with a lunch break around 12:30 for about an hour
at Kedge Paris Campus, 56 rue del la Victoire, 75008 Paris (Jade room)

Format: Informal. The class is structured so that most of the day is spent in brainstorming and structured discussion. This is a flipped classroom in which the instructor is not important but the collective knowledge of participants is used. That is why participation of diverse people who bring experience and knowledge like yourself is very important.

Language: Instructions will be in English (also some French) but discussion will be in the language in which you feel most comfortable (e.g., we expect the majority of groups to discuss in French).

Contact: To register and/or if you have any questions, please contact the instructor, Professor Glavas (ante.glavas@kedgebs.com). When you e-mail, we kindly ask you include information if (1) you have any dietary restrictions and (2) if you have basic knowledge of French and/or English.
