Bordeaux Oenology Club

Registration for the 2017 Bordeaux Oenology Club is open! 

Programme:

Saturday, April 8th, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm: Tour of the NADALIE Cooperage (99 Rue Lafont, 33290 Ludon-Médoc), followed by a tour of the Château and lunch.
Theme: Understanding the importance of wood in wine-making.

Friday, June 9th, at 7:30 pm: Basin Event at the Cap Ferret
Theme: Meeting at an oyster shack to learn about white wine, which has been immersed in the basin for 6 months.
Food tastings: oysters, shrimp, pâté and dunes blanches (regional pastry).

October: Special Event around white wines from Bourgogne 
Wine tasting with an oenologist from Dijon, a sampling of the best white wines from BOURGOGNE.
Wine and food pairings with regional specialities 

November: Meeting with a chef  

Yearly Rates:
- Members: 120 € 
- Non-Members: 240 € 
- Outside Guests: 240 € 

Rates per session:
- Members: 30 € 
- Non-Members: 60 € 
- Outside Guests: 60 €
