To celebrate the end of summer, the Bordeaux Oenology Club is pleased to invite you to a tasting on, Thursday, October 5, 2017, at 7:30 pm in a unique place, the Boutique Maille for a tasting of:

Great Burgundian Chardonnays

with the Domaine de Tergelesses (Aloxe Corton)
hosted by the Sommelier from the Point Rouge Alexandre Morin

A cocktail dinner will also be served by the chef Aurélien Chevy, who will prepare sweet and savoury bites based on products from the Maison Maille:

Carpaccio of scallops and Maille truffle oil,
Foie Gras Toast and Mustard with Sauternes,
Tartare of fish and Maille Mango Vinegar
White Chocolate Ganache Sablé and Pistachio Balsamic 
and much more... 

The Chef will be present to share his recipes and advice and to answer your questions.
